Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in Square One Shopping Centre on the lower level beside SportChek. This is our only location.

Q: How does your shipping policy work?

A: We charge a flat rate of $10 CAD per item in your order, if the actual amount turns out to be less than what was charged we will issue a refund for it (must be over $1 CAD). Multiple items ordered will be combined in the shipment and a tracking number and insurance will be provided for each order. We only provide shipping to Canada and the United States.

Q: If I don’t see the product I’m looking for can I ask you to order it for me?

A: Unfortunately we do not provide this service, however you can always email us and tell us what you’re looking for and if we do receive it in the future we can contact you.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Being that the nature of our products are collectibles and lose value once opened, all sales are final (no returns or exchanges). If you believe that there is manufacturing damage to a product you have received please contact us.
